Clayton has over two and a half decades of experience in technology and cybersecurity, including roles at Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, and as an entrepreneur.

Over half of Clayton’s professional career has been in hands-on roles covering a broad scope of platforms including enterprise storage and virtualization systems, security platforms and utilities including firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, and SIEM, Windows, Linux, MacOS, and public cloud platforms like AWS.

With decades of experience planning, designing, implementing, and securing infrastructure and applications in regulated industries including financial services and healthcare, Clayton has a wealth of knowledge that our clients benefit from as we work together to enable business growth and agility through the smart use of technology and security.

Scott Horner, CEO

Scott joins Grassroutes with over 25 years in the Information Technology field supporting both large and small companies. From Enterprise Project Management, to Cloud Computing, and Infrastructure Support, Scott has supported many of the different technologies utilized by companies today.

The vast majority of Scott’s professional career has been in support of mid-large scale physical and virtual environments utilizing technologies including, but not limited to, Windows Server, Citrix Xenserver, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Azure and numerous other enterprise based solutions.

Scott’s background and expertise have afforded him the opportunity to work for and alongside, companies like IBM, Microsoft, Fujitsu, and many others.

Keli Moon, Systems Engineer

Keli has over 20 years of experience in the IT field.  As a Veteran in the Marine Corps, Keli learned early on the importance of dedication, loyalty, quality and applies this discipline in every aspect of IT Support. As a Systems Engineer, Keli has worked rebuilding and repairing computers, providing administration of desktops and servers, as well as managing Office 365, Azure and Active Directory environments. He understands the everyday needs of both the business and the individual end-user and is always striving to provide excellent service and support.  


Tyler Horner, Desktop Support Analyst

Relatively new to the Information Technology industry, Tyler brings several years of quality-driven, customer service to Grassroutes Networking. He has quickly adapted his thirst for technology, to become a valuable member of the team, and works hard every day to ensure our customers are provided with only the best support available. From Windows support, to security operations, Tyler understands the importance of finding the right solution to solve even some of the most complex problems.
